Desktop software and online services
Personal is for your own PDF workflow. Business adds workflows for collecting signatures from others. A one-time desktop price should not be read as an unlimited hosted-service allowance. Included sending volume, hosted-service duration, support and upgrade conditions will be stated before sales begin.
Devices and availability
The planned allowance is one desktop plus one phone. Windows is the first release target; phone apps are not available yet. Do not purchase on the assumption that an unannounced platform or future feature is already available.
